Special program reunites families living illegally in the US
The U.S. State Department is helping reunite families who have been separated for years.
The Michoacan State government, migrant organizations the U.S., and the U.S. State Department have put up the joint efforts to create ‘Palomas Mensajeras’, or Messenger Pigeons.
Through this program, elderly Mexican parents can gain permission to visit their children who are living in the U-S illegally.
