Venezuela government and opposition come to agreement in Mexico City

There is some progress to report out of negotiations held this weekend in Mexico, between Venezuela’s government and opposition leaders. The two sides signed what they called a ‘social protection’ agreement. CGTN’s Alasdair Baverstock has details from Mexico City.
