The Future of Title 42

The U.S. Supreme Court’s decision this week to temporarily extend Title 42 and allow for the quick expulsion of migrants along the border with Mexico has heightened a crisis that many predict will only get worse in 2023. 

For those who do make it into the country, the fight to remain is another battle entirely.
