TikTok helps Mexico's deaf find their voice

The advent of the internet and the cell phone have changed the world beyond recognition, and they have also become an enormous tool for daily life.

That goes for helping the disabled as well, and not least on social media, where the Chinese company TikTok is encouraging greater engagement from the deaf community.
