Mexico’s president gave his country’s traditional annual ‘informe de gobierno’ on Thursday, his country’s equivalent of the state of the union speech. 

And while he was optimistic about his country’s progress, there was a lot left unsaid, as CGTN’s Alasdair Baverstock reports.
