'Bombing the Clouds' to make it rain

With northern Mexico facing a historic drought, officials have resorted to water rationing and redistribution strategies. Now, they're also looking to science. With Mother Nature not providing the needed rain, they're sending pilots -- to go up and get it instead. More commonly known as ‘cloud-seeding’, a plane releases silver iodide into clouds, a chemical that forces the vapor to condense, and thus, produce rain. CGTN's Alasdair Baverstock reports.
