Huawei invests in Mexican startups

Many people associate the tech sector with fabulous wealth, but most tech companies aren’t Apple, Google or Facebook.

In fact, by some estimates, around 90% of tech startups fail.

But one program, led by a Chinese tech giant, aims to improve the odds of startup success in Latin America.
