Mexico City’s light rail system gets an upgrade

An event held Saturday between Mexico City and Zhuzhou in China saw the unveiling of the first of nine new light rail locomotives bought by the capital, in a $65 million upgrade of its light rail system. Alasdair Baverstock reports.
