Mexico imposes tariffs on non-trade agreement countries

Bilateral trade between China and Mexico has reached its highest level on record. In Mexico City, business and political leaders met for a forum to expand cooperation ahead of next year’s key trade negotiations. Alasdair Baverstock reports from Mexico City.
