Queretaro state conceals kidnap figures from international investment

The Mexican state of Queretaro is undergoing an industrial boom, and attracting foreign investment and people from around the world. But due to the number of forced disappearances being kept secret, life for many locals remains challenging. Alasdair Baverstock reports.
