In Mexico, alcohol is big business. The country is famous for its beer and tequila. But there’s another spirit on the scene. It has an indigenous background but is attracting huge international attention… and money.

The consumption of Mezcal is expected to continue to expand enormously. A study by the organization, “Future Market” predicts that by 2022, $850 million dollars worth of mezcal will be consumed across the globe.
